  21.  What this means is no speed shifting has occured either up or down. Once ANY 
  22. speed shift takes place this will read Enabled.  All this really means is you 
  23. have very clean stable lines that can hold a 28.8k connection on both the 
  24. RX&TX channels. Lucky guy. <g>
